About The Position
Monks is on the lookout for one (1) Senior Talent & Rights Manager to join the in-house Legal & Business Affairs team, which works closely together with our content production teams. This role is to strategize and advise on all talent & usage rights matters related to the production of work for an iconic automotive brand, and to help create ground-breaking work, a future vision, and growth for the account. The role will involve managing talent relations and ensuring that all rights related to intellectual properties, including talent agreements, licenses, and usage rights, are effectively negotiated and documented accordingly.
