About The Position

Fusable is a leader in the Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) space, and we are looking for a high impact Senior Talent Partner to take the reins of our entire recruitment engine. As our dedicated talent leader, you won't be just filling seats - you'll be the architect of our human capital strategy. You'll need to be comfortable with recruiting for GTM roles as well as data and tech roles. You'll be energized by a fast paced hiring environment with a high req load. You'll be running manual processes, with a chance to build and revamp.  This is a "player-coach" role in the truest sense; you'll own the full cycle execution while simultaneously auditing our systems, revamping our brand, and coaching our leadership team on how to hire world class technical and commercial talent. You'll own intake meetings through 90 day onboarding programs.

Requirements

  • DaaS/SaaS Veteran: You understand the nuances of hiring for data-centric organizations and know where the best technical talent hangs out.
  • Strategic Individual Contributor: You are comfortable working solo. You don’t need a massive HR team to get things done; you enjoy building the "playbook" while running the plays.
  • Analytical Mindset: You don't just report numbers; you use them to tell a story and pivot strategy when a role isn't gaining traction.
  • Relationship Builder: You can push back on a VP of Engineering when a job description is unrealistic, but do so with the data and empathy that builds trust.
  • Environment Curator: Fast paced agency recruiting experience as well as in house culture centered hiring experience.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Execution: Own the end-to-end recruitment process across all departments (Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Ops), ensuring a high-touch experience for every candidate.
  • Talent Branding & Socials: Redefine and launch the Fusable Talent Brand. You will manage our professional social channels to tell our story, highlight our culture, and attract passive DaaS experts.
  • Process Architecture: Revamp our interview stages to ensure efficiency and equity. This includes implementing consistent scorecard usage and educating the team on behavioral interviewing techniques.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and strategic advisor to leadership. You’ll coach hiring managers on market trends, sourcing strategies, and candidate closing.
  • ATS & Systems Optimization: Conduct a full audit of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You’ll streamline workflows, automate manual tasks, and ensure our tech stack supports a seamless hiring flow.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Own the "Source of Truth" for talent. You will track, analyze, and report on key metrics including Time-to-Fill, Quality of Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Voluntary Turnover.
  • The First 90 Days: Design and execute comprehensive 90-day onboarding programs that ensure new hires are integrated, supported, and productive from day one.
