About The Position
The Talent Management Partner will support the Director of Talent Management in driving and executing Pega's talent strategy. The ideal candidate will design, implement and enhance talent programs. This role requires exceptional execution, project management skills and ability to work collaboratively in a global environment. This is a hybrid role with 3 days/wk during the 90-day onboarding period and 2 days/wk following. Candidates must be local to Waltham, Ma.
