We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Talent Development Specialist to lead and execute early talent hiring initiatives across the United States. This position is based in Arlington, Texas and supports national campus recruitment efforts. This role is responsible for full-cycle campus recruitment, summer internship program leadership, and long-term university partnership development. The ideal candidate will bring strong relationship-building skills, proven experience managing high-volume hiring pipelines, and the ability to translate evolving business needs into scalable campus recruiting strategies. This role plays a critical partnership function, collaborating closely with the Director of Training & Development and Careers/Recruiting teams to deliver a premium internship experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2-4 years of professional recruiting experience, including direct campus and internship recruitment.
  • Ability to work in office full-time based in Arlington, TX.
  • Independent Travel: Up to 25%25 during peak seasonal campus visits with additional off cycle events as needed.
  • Demonstrated success managing high-volume internship and early-career hiring pipelines
  • Strong knowledge of full cycle recruiting processes
  • Proven ability to lead business meetings and provide guidance on hiring decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and college recruitment platforms (Taleo, Handshake) preferred
  • Ability to manage seasonal workload fluctuations aligned with university recruiting cycles

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for early talent programs, with primary responsibility for summer internship hiring and early-career pipeline development
  • Manage multiple concurrent hiring pipelines while ensuring consistent, high-quality candidate experience
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers and business leaders to align on candidate profiles, skill requirements, and workforce planning needs
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for technical capability, academic achievement, and organizational alignment
  • Oversee offer process execution, including candidate communication and coordination with internal partners
  • Maintain accurate requisition and candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System
  • Ensure compliance with established recruitment processes and employment guidelines
  • Serve as the primary campus recruitment leader supporting national university partnerships
  • Build and sustain strategic relationships with universities, faculty, career centers, and student organizations
  • Representing the organization at career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and virtual engagements
  • Ensure compliance with established processes and school guidelines.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the Summer Internship Program
  • Design and manage structured internship activities, including onboarding, orientation sessions, professional development workshops, leadership engagement events, and networking opportunities
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure calendar alignments and structured performance feedback
  • Facilitate intern engagement initiatives that reinforce company culture and strengthen long-term talent pipelines
  • Oversee program evaluations, intern feedback collection, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Support conversion strategies for high-performing interns into full-time hires
  • Implement scalable processes to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness
  • Partner with internal leaders to align program timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Support onboarding readiness and ensure seamless transition from offer acceptance to hire
  • Evaluate and maintain recruiting dashboards and metrics related to program KPIs
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of recruiting data within reporting systems
