We are looking for a Senior Talent Brand Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team in Santa Clara, CA or Tacoma, WA, reporting to the vice president of Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will lead and enhance our talent brand identity. You will craft and execute a comprehensive strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent by showcasing our company culture, values, and employee experiences. You are the ideal candidate if you have a marketing background, love creating employer and talent branding content, with a deep understanding of social media trends. You are dynamic, creative, and enthusiastic about creating a compelling and authentic employer brand.
