About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a pivotal role in partnering with business groups to manage full-cycle recruiting, source candidates, and ensure performance metrics are met. This position requires strategic collaboration with business leaders and HR Business Partners to fulfill the organization's hiring needs effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5-7 years or more of recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting within IT and/or Engineering sectors.
  • Proven experience in recruiting for mid-to-Senior level roles, such as Directors and Senior managers.
  • Sourcing expertise, including advanced use of tools and techniques beyond conventional platforms.
  • Consultative mindset with an ability to guide hiring managers through decision-making processes using experience, knowledge, and data.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand staffing forecasts, hiring needs, team dynamics, and job profiles.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies, such as internet searches, employee referrals, external advertisements, social media, career events, and networking, to identify and select highly qualified candidates.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process while working closely with managers on hiring decisions.
  • Develop competitive offers in collaboration with the compensation team, create offer letters, and extend offers to internal and external candidates.
  • Support in the development and execution of company-wide talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Partner with business partners and hiring managers to review and guide discussions around job descriptions as needed.
  • Assist in preparing status update reports.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting trends, labor laws, labor market, and legislative initiatives to ensure compliance in all recruiting and hiring processes.
  • Develop and implement solutions to ensure continuous improvement of talent acquisition work streams and processes.
