Job Description: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – SWAT Recruiter Strategic Workforce Acquisition Team (SWAT) Full Time/Mon through Fri/Remote The Opportunity This is not a traditional recruiter role. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – SWAT Recruiter is a high-impact, senior-level talent partner who deploys into Elara Caring’s most complex, urgent, and business-critical hiring needs. As part of our Strategic Workforce Acquisition Team (SWAT) , you will be trusted to step into hard-to-fill roles, stabilize hiring gaps, and deliver results where speed, strategy, and expertise matter most. SWAT Recruiters are problem-solvers and change agents—moving across service lines and geographies to support fluctuating workforce demands, priority initiatives, and operational challenges. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience , ideally in healthcare, high-volume, or multi-site environments
  • Proven success filling hard-to-fill, niche, or urgent roles
  • Advanced sourcing expertise across multiple platforms and channels
  • Strong stakeholder partnership and influence skills
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and tight timelines
  • Data-driven mindset with a continuous improvement approach

Responsibilities

  • Own the toughest hiring challenges. You will parachute into high-priority, urgent, and difficult-to-fill requisitions and immediately bring structure, momentum, and results.
  • Act as a strategic recruiting partner. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and operational leaders to assess workforce needs, clarify expectations, and align on hiring strategies that work in real-world conditions.
  • Design and execute custom recruiting strategies. Go beyond job postings—leveraging creative, data-driven, and non-traditional sourcing approaches to reach active and passive talent.
  • Source with intention and expertise , including: Professional networking platforms and social media Advanced internet and job board sourcing Cold outreach, referrals, and pipeline development Networking events, job fairs, and campus recruiting Niche advertising and industry-specific channels
  • Build pipelines that last. Develop and maintain strong, reusable talent pipelines across service lines and regions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor. Provide hiring leaders with market insights, candidate intelligence, and honest guidance on hiring challenges, timelines, and opportunities.
  • Stay agile. Shift seamlessly between service lines and priorities as business needs evolve—without losing momentum.
  • Protect the candidate experience. Balance speed with quality while ensuring a positive, transparent, and compliant hiring process.
  • Use data to drive decisions. Leverage recruiting metrics to identify obstacles, recommend solutions, and continuously improve outcomes.
