About The Position

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will provide full cycle recruiting services ensuring a positive candidate experience and manager support. You will manage full cycling recruiting process for high level, hard to fill, and business critical positions, including prehire meetings through offer and onboarding. You will develop sourcing strategies, actively source and engage candidates. You will provide guidance and recommendations to business units on hiring processes and Talent Acquisition programs. You will also collaborate with business units to develop workforce plans and strategies assisting with both short and long term needs. You will partner with Human Resource leaders to identify metrics and analytics that support effective decision making by key stakeholders and managers. You will also collaborate with others in analyzing trends and recommending actions. You will recommend improvements in data management, metrics and reporting, and other recruiting related processes. You will assist in the implementation of and lead in the change management of new tools and process improvements to optimize the recruiting process and experience. You will participate in interdepartmental committees and projects providing input and direction on development of programs, policies, and procedures. You will participate in providing solutions to improve operations, services, processes, and policies. You will design and provide training and mentorship to new team members on related technology systems, data and metrics, processes, policies, assessment and selection techniques, and consultation skills. You will partner with the Talent Connection team to support programs and diversity strategies attracting top talent by participating in community events.

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of full cycle recruiting experience including recruitment and sourcing of senior level and hard to fill positions.
  • Experience in public sector, civil service, and/or represented positions.
