We are looking for a strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who will identify top talent for monday.com and lead the recruiting lifecycle. Our NYC team recruits team members in our main hubs across the Americas including NYC, Denver, and Remote! You’ll work to build strong relationships with business leaders across our global sites and be responsible for managing the recruiting process from start to finish. You will profile the best candidates, develop channels and sourcing strategies to engage talents, build the most effective hiring process with an exceptional candidate experience, and take part in designing monday.com future culture.
