About The Position

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in delivering top talent across Group 1001's most complex and high-impact hiring needs. This role is designed for a seasoned recruiter who thrives in ambiguity, can pivot seamlessly across functions, and has the executive presence to influence senior leaders while keeping candidates engaged at every level. This is not a siloed role—you'll be expected to pick up a wide range of requisitions, from niche technical positions to senior leadership searches, while also partnering with and delegating work to other recruiters where appropriate. The ability to balance hands-on recruiting with effective collaboration is essential. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, you'll partner directly with some of our most demanding business lines, ensuring hiring excellence in high-stakes, visible searches. The ideal candidate combines polished executive search capability with the flexibility and speed of a corporate recruiter, providing best-in-class experiences for candidates and hiring leaders alike.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience in fast-paced, complex environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing executive and highly specialized searches across multiple functions.
  • Strong track record of adaptability—able to recruit in unfamiliar spaces and ramp quickly.
  • Executive polish with the ability to consult, influence, and present to senior leadership.
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies, including advanced LinkedIn use and competitive market mapping.
  • Experience with ATS systems (Workday preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or 15+ years' experience in lieu of degree).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a consultative partner to senior leaders, influencing hiring decisions and talent strategy with data, insight, and executive presence.
  • Flex across functions—owning critical searches while seamlessly pivoting into new areas of the business as hiring demands shift.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for executive and specialized roles, including market mapping, candidate engagement, interviewing, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader TA team, sharing insights and delegating where appropriate to ensure consistent delivery across the function.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies that align with business priorities and deliver diverse, high-quality talent pipelines.
  • Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into workforce and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Ensure a premium candidate and hiring manager experience, with clear communication and professional polish throughout.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of Talent Acquisition processes and projects, building supporting documentation and sharing best practices as needed.
  • Represent Group 1001 at networking events, industry conferences, and career fairs as a brand ambassador.
  • Maintain accurate data and workflow integrity in TA systems (Workday, LinkedIn, etc.), driving accountability and process consistency.
