About The Position

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner aligns with End to End Corporate Walmart Corporate Functions, which includes Logistics, Last Mile Delivery, and Supply Chain. In this exciting and high-impact role, you will serve as a strategic talent advisor for hiring managers and drive the end-to-end recruiting process for internal and external candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent for various roles, often focusing on hard-to-fill or leadership positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and create effective hiring plans.
• Use multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to find and engage qualified candidates.
• Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for both skills and cultural fit.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and recommend improvements to streamline hiring processes.
• Promote the company as an employer of choice through various initiatives and candidate experiences.
