About The Position

As the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Ancestry, you will work on significant projects that may span and impact different functions, exercising independent judgment in driving and achieving business results. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on high-demand technical roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels to shape recruitment strategies
• Proven track record of successfully addressing significant talent acquisition challenges and achieving recruitment goals
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
• Certification in Human Resources or Recruitment (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS)

Responsibilities

• Address significant talent acquisition challenges independently and drive successful recruitment outcomes
• Partner with hiring managers, executives, and stakeholders to address complex technical talent needs and contribute to the achievement of company objectives
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles, ensuring successful recruitment outcomes
• Manage candidate pipelines and guide the onboarding process for new hires to ensure seamless integration into the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects that impact different functions, leveraging your skills to drive successful recruitment initiatives
• Coach and mentor peers and team members, support a culture of inclusivity, and influence others to achieve team goals
