About The Position
As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner at 2UniFi, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with contacts and candidates primarily in the IT/development industry. Your responsibilities will include working closely with hiring managers to create job descriptions and technical screening metrics, listing job openings on various platforms, sourcing and identifying candidates, and coordinating meetings with hiring managers. You will conduct phone interviews, technical screens, reference checks, background checks, and drug screenings. Additionally, you will negotiate salaries and benefits, compose candidate offers, and inform candidates of the company's decisions. You will also be responsible for inputting accurate real-time documentation into our applicant tracking system and generating status reports for the leadership team.
