Requirements

  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and talent strategy.
  • Exceptional stakeholder communication and influencing skills to guide hiring managers and business leaders effectively.
  • Experience managing recruitment processes using agile methodology and workflow management to improve efficiency.
  • Ability to analyze talent supply and market trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Skilled in process improvement and implementing technology-enabled solutions to enhance candidate and associate experiences.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including prioritization, resource scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Commitment to upholding company values and delivering results with integrity and accountability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field and 2 year’s experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area.
  • 4 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute proactive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify talent gaps, prioritize hiring needs, and recommend effective sourcing approaches.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate screening, assessment coordination, and interview facilitation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely hiring decisions.
  • Lead multiple projects using agile methodologies to improve recruiting workflows and enhance candidate experience.
  • Provide expert guidance on talent assessment frameworks and interview best practices.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive intelligence to inform talent strategies and hiring practices.
