We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our North America Talent Acquisition team. You’ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring the talent that drives innovation, collaboration, and performance across Maersk’s diverse business functions.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within large, complex, or matrixed organizations.
  • Proven success partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers across multiple business functions.
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies, assessment, and selection across a range of professional disciplines.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize recruitment performance.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to understand workforce needs and deliver hiring solutions aligned with Maersk’s strategic goals.
  • Leverage data and insights to drive decision-making and continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles across a variety of business areas.
  • Champion Maersk’s employer brand, ensuring every interaction reflects our values and inclusive culture.
  • Ensure compliance with global recruitment standards, policies, and best practices.
