Our Electron rocket has become the second most frequently launched U.S. rocket annually and has delivered more than 230 satellites to orbit, all while we work to develop Neutron, our upcoming medium-lift, reusable launch vehicle for larger constellation deployment. Our Space Systems business designs and builds our extensive line of satellites, payloads, and their components, including spacecraft that have been selected to support NASA missions to the Moon and Mars and components used on the James Webb Space Telescope. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner I is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike to fill highly critical roles. This is a full life-cycle recruitment position - you will own everything from initial sourcing and screening to extending offers. As a senior member of the TA team, you will be integral in fulfilling our mission to open up access to space to improve life on earth by hiring innovators who will help shape our rapidly expanding programs. This is a 6-month fixed-term role for immediate hire, with the potential opportunity to convert to full-time employment upon term completion. This role sits onsite at our Space Structures Complex in Middle River, MD - remote work is not considered for this position.
