  • Lead and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract, source, and hire top talent across multiple functions.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning recruitment efforts with organizational goals and workforce planning.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key talent pools, industry networks, and educational institutions to build robust pipelines.
  • Enhance employer branding and candidate experience through innovative sourcing and recruitment campaigns.
  • Utilize data analytics to track, measure, and report on recruitment efficiency, pipeline health, and hiring trends.
  • Implement operational best practices, improving processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing recruitment team, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including leadership roles in high-volume, dynamic environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering diverse, high-quality talent pipelines in technology or related industries.
  • Experience leading and managing complex projects while balancing day-to-day recruitment operations.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and present actionable insights to executives.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with organizational change, program development, and strategic recruiting initiatives.
