As Medica’s Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment efforts, supporting the acquisition of top talent across a wide range of departments. This is a high-visibility role that will work with our recruitment team as well as with our hiring leaders and candidates. You will have the opportunity to work on continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing recruitment processes, enhancing candidate experiences, and increasing efficiency. Performs other duties assigned. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for both operational excellence and connecting with people.
