This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location: North Carolina. This position is responsible for mid-level management and professional talent acquisition support for the Bank at an expert level of consultation and ability. Translates business needs into actionable strategies that ensure optimal candidate quality, including sourcing, screening, and selection process management. Implements employment marketing and outreach activities to leverage acquisition opportunities. Builds relationships, gathers internal and external talent data, and delivers key insight in order to develop Talent Acquisition capabilities and processes. May provide a leadership role for less experienced associates in the work group. This position will be aligned to support the following recruiting efforts: Community/Metro Business & Commercial Bankers, and other openings within the General Bank as assigned.
