We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across ThredUp's distribution network. Reporting to the VP of People, we are looking for someone who can hunt down top talent and build scalable, technology forward recruiting processes to power the heart of our business, our distribution centers. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, tech, and talent, this role is ideal for someone who loves to connect with people but also thrives on process optimization and data driven decision making. You'll support multiple DCs across the U.S., focusing on leadership and on-station team member roles in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You are comfortable making quick pivots and tactical adjustments to recruitment volume based on business needs, and do your best work in an environment where you are able to influence the talent strategy. The right candidate is both a tenacious talent hunter and a technologist at heart. You must be excited to embrace AI and help lead our evolution toward a highly efficient, agentic recruiting model.
