About the role: CLA is looking to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor for our growing CAAS practice. CAAS provides customized accounting support on an interim and project basis for our clients – public, private and nonprofits ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. We are looking for someone to build relationships with and be the front-line contact for our consultants.

Requirements

At least three years of recruiting experience in a corporate or staffing setting.

Nice To Haves

Experience recruiting for accounting or professional service roles preferred.
A combination of corporate and agency recruiting is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify and recruit prospective candidates, using a variety of resources and tools.
Proactively source candidates and build a pipeline based on business needs.
Assess prospective candidates to ensure qualification match and cultural fit for CLA and CAAS as client serving employees.
Establish trust and confidence by developing relationships with CAAS client service team.
Represent CAAS at selected networking events to increase brand awareness and to attract applicants.
Help promote a strong CLA culture and consultant satisfaction/retention.
