You will investigate, evaluate and resolve network and data performance issues to ensure efficient and reliable service for our customers. The work you’ll be doing will directly impact customer satisfaction and help keep us ahead of the competition. You will be using large amounts of data to develop network insights and strategies to improve performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
• Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience
• AMOS/ENM scripting and automation experience with working knowledge of Python or a similar language
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time

• Proven ability in handling 4g/5g networks, including NSA/SA/VoNR and legacy RAN networks
• Troubleshooting and vendor management experience

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate and resolve network and data performance issues to ensure efficient and reliable service for our customers
• Use large amounts of data to develop network insights and strategies to improve performance
• Perform data analytics and apply data science techniques to improve our network’s capacity, coverage and overall service
• Analyze our network’s capacity and coverage, and look for ways to make improvements
• Evaluate service performance trends and isolate root causes of impacted services
• Automate data collection, reports, visualization and system updates
• Create dashboards and geolocate data to present information dynamically
