Senior Systems Engineer
About The Position
As a Systems Engineer, working with custom software built in-house, for our Cyber group, you’ll be amember of a cross functional team responsible for developing mission critical NSA-certifiedCybersecurity devices in a rapidly growing product line. You’ll be working at the cutting edge ofCybersecurity and high-speed data. We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Full Stack experience Extensive experience with DOORs Long development lifecycle and product lifespans, requiring maintenance and regular technologyrefresh Requirements Analysis and Management Functional Analysis, performance analysis, and Systems design Trade Studies System integration and testing What sets you apart: Passion for designing complicated systems and working on problems of diverse scope. Ability to define the scope, schedule, and expectations for the work you execute. Shows initiative on assignments and executes projects with little guidance and can providetechnical direction and leadership. Ability to write CONOPS, Specifications or Requirements and derive into software design, code,test plans, and then execute Systems level testing/debugging. Proficiency with Systems and Test tools supporting testing in a lab environment.
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field.
- 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience.
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
- Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
