We can’t wait to meet you! Essential Functions: Responsible for providing day-to-day support and maintenance for all Windows hardware, operating systems and enterprise applications. Accountable for maintaining server and security configurations in compliance with established best practices and established baseline configurations. Create detailed network and systems diagrams. Participate in Design and Technical Reviews to ensure sound decision making is made across the program. Integrate third party vendor applications into the infrastructure and develop scripts for customization. Install and configure system and network monitoring applications. Administration of VMware including Horizon VDI. Storage administration (Qumulo, NetApp, Nimble, etc.) Ensure proper backup processes are in place to allow for full recovery of sites and documents; Backup Exec, Datto, Cohesity and/or other backup solutions. Evaluate tools and applications relevant to the sites. Maintain proper Change Control and Configuration Management processes to include documentation. Monitor sites daily, respond to alerts, and provide on-call support. Create automation tasks with PowerShell (Python, Ruby, Perl or others). Administration of Microsoft System Center Applications. Leads, develops, maintains, and identifies improvements the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly Windows system checklist with historical trending reports. Provide monthly KPI metrics and trending reports. Work service requests and help desk tickets on a daily basis. Patch Management – KACE, ivanti, WSUS. Assist in the leadership strategic planning to ensure product growth; support, staff and manage new business, technology roadmaps. Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by management.
