As a Senior Systems Engineer at Allegion, you will be a technical leader on the Product Lifecycle team. Your primary focus will be the ownership of existing architectures. This responsibility entails a defined architecture and building out requirements for new features and then maintaining ownership for the entire life of production.   • Define system requirements and specifications to meet customer, marketing, and internal stakeholder needs
  • Develop required design documentation, including functional block diagrams, DFMEAs, drawings, and instructions for manufacturing, product test, and certification requirements
  • Lead integration of sub-systems to meet product design requirements
  • Ensure designs meet system requirements through proper verification methods
  • Lead problem-solving activities utilizing the appropriate tools, such as fault-tree analysis, 5-why analysis, and fishbone diagrams to get to the root cause
  • BS in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in Systems Engineering processes
