Senior Systems Engineer
About The Position
The Senior Systems Engineer will be a key player in designing, implementing, and maintaining a complex IT infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of a wide range of technologies, including SANs, Microsoft solutions, identity management with Okta, and advanced security tools such as Menlo Security and Rapid7. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related experience.
- Proven experience with Cisco UCS, Microsoft technologies, Dell/EMC SAN and the specified systems.
- Proficiency in cloud services, including Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Nice To Haves
- Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and management of Windows Servers and Hyper-V virtualization for a reliable server infrastructure.
- Oversee Microsoft Office 365 and Azure services for cloud-based solutions.
- Administer System Center Data Protection Manager and Virtual Machine Manager and Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Network Policy Server (RADIUS)
- Architect and manage Okta for identity and access management, ensuring a secure and seamless user experience.
- Implement and manage System Center Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless network infrastructure.
- Implement/Manage advanced security solutions such as Menlo Security for remote isolated browsing and Rapid7 for vulnerability management.
- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity practices and technologies.
