About The Position

Designs, develops, supports and maintains the organization’s systems infrastructure, including the implementation and design of hardware and software. Analyzes, develops, modifies, tests and maintains the system. Makes updates to system related installation documentation. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Measured, verified experience may be substituted in lieu or higher education.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in network engineering, with a strong background in designing, implementing, maintaining and managing enterprise-level infrastructure, platforms and systems
Strong understanding of systems security hardening principles and best practices.
Knowledge: Enterprise Storage, Infrastructure Lifecycle Management, Infrastructure Management, System Administration, System Implementation, System Monitoring, System Security, System Testing, Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture, Systems Design, Systems Management, Computer Servers, Firewall and other Security Hardware, IT Storage Management Software, Load Balancing Tools, Operating System, Other IT Infrastructure Software, Storage Devices, Cloud Services Platforms, Remote Management.
Must demonstrate keen mental faculties/assessment and decision making abilities.
Must demonstrate superior communication/speaking/enunciation skills to receive and give information in person and by telephone.
Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must possess emotional stability conducive to dealing with high stress levels.
Must demonstrate ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in complex situations is required.
Must have the ability to maintain collaborative and respectable working relationships throughout SRHS and other organizations
Must possess superior customer service skills and professional etiquette.
Must possess proficient knowledge and ability to use a computer (must be keyboard proficient) and other office technology (i.e., telephone, fax, etc.), MS Outlook and Word.
Must be able to demonstrate appropriate clinical judgment and apply appropriate professional skills to a patient population of all ages.
