As a Systems Engineer, you will lead a cross-functional hardware, software, and system design team responsible for the realization of complex systems. You’ll contribute to CONOPS, requirements definition, system modeling, performance analysis, design, integration, test, and verification of these systems.

  • Contribute to CONOPS, requirements definition, system modeling, performance analysis, design, integration, test, and verification of complex systems.
  • Define system behavior and system structure.
  • Verify and validate system models.
  • Design complex systems and subsystems.
  • Analyze customer requirements and develop system requirements.
  • Ensure requirements traceability and breakdown from a test perspective.
  • Assign test methods and design test cases and procedures based on requirements.
  • Develop test strategies and procedures based on customer requirements.
  • Perform technical planning, cost and risk analyses, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for subsystems and system elements.
  • Conduct detailed technical analyses for a system, subsystem, or system elements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
  • 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience.
  • Agile experience preferred.
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance required at time of hire.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams to solve complex engineering problems.
  • Understanding of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and SysML modeling principles.
  • Proficiency in application of MBSE tools (i.e., MagicDraw and/or Cameo).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
