This hybrid role combines technical software systems engineering expertise with a strong focus on training and end-user support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, documenting, testing, and validating complex software systems while also designing and delivering effective training solutions for a mission-critical software tool. The position demands a hands-on professional with excellent communication skills, a passion for user experience, and a proactive mindset toward collaboration and continuous improvement. This position can be based in our Falls Church, VA or Northridge, CA office and is classified as a full-time, exempt, non-supervisory position.
