About The Position

Senior Systems Engineer (Transit ITS / CleverCAD)
Seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with transit ITS experience in the DMV area.
Hybrid work arrangement.
Candidate must have hands-on CleverCAD (Clever Devices) upgrade experience — this is a hard requirement.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 hands-on CleverCAD deployments or upgrades — required
• 5+ years of experience in ITS or transit technology environments
• On-premises infrastructure experience
• Windows Server and VMware/vSphere familiarity

Nice To Haves

• Prior large transit agency experience a plus
• TSP integration familiarity a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead application upgrade to current supported version
• Reconfigure data polling intervals
• Inform and guide multi-environment architecture from a CleverCAD platform perspective
• Activate and configure BUS operations module
• Advise on TSP interface readiness requirements
• Support environment promotion workflow design
• Document platform configuration and architecture decisions
