As a systems engineer for LCS Sustainment and Modernization, you’ll take the lead engineer responsibilities on all deployed support requirements and work with a cross functional team responsible for all deployed activities supporting the LCS program. We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: Responsibilities for this Position: Understanding of Microsoft Windows Desktop (Windows 7, 10 and 11) and Server (2008, 2016 and 2022) technologies including experience with traditional software delivery and application installation processes and configurations Understanding of Linux server technologies including experience with traditional software delivery and application installation processes and configurations Understanding of Virtualization (VMWare) technologies Experience integrating software on a common operating system Experience supporting deployed U.S. Navy vessels as the main point of contact for all TSCE issues. Analyze and troubleshoot electronics and associated interfaces to ensure proper functionality and system integrity At General Dynamics Mission Systems, you'll be part of a team that is at the forefront of delivering advanced defense solutions.
