Raytheon’s Mission Capability and Verification Center (MCVC) located on White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), NM is searching for a qualified Senior Systems Engineer to join the Sensors and BMCI team to support Multi-Disciplined Radar System level testing and mission system scenarios. Candidates will collaborate with multi-disciplined SI&T engineers and customer teams executing our test events.

Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with electronics, circuitry, schematics, and/or RF hardware.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a rapid paced and dynamic test environment.
• Experience with the Patriot Air Defense System, including all MEIs in the Fire Unit, equivalent to a 94S MOS in the Army SICO and/or systems upgrades experience for a radar system.
• Familiarity with the Intermediate Maintenance Manuals (-34 manuals).
• Experience with MATLAB and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electronic systems using schematics and standard and specialized test equipment.
• Hands-on operation and maintenance of radar systems.
• Perform analysis and problem-solving of systems issues real-time.
• Work in a team environment and directly interface with customers and management across multiple disciplines.
