SAIC is currently looking for a Senior Systems Engineer & Program Integrator to provide senior technical and programmatic advisory support to the US Space Force’s Space Systems Center, System Delta 84 (SYD 84). This pivotal role directly assists the Government Program Office in managing the acquisition and development of Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) capabilities at the Tools Applications and Processing (TAP) Lab in Boulder, CO, and OPIR Battlespace Awareness Center (OBAC) at Buckley Space Force Base, CO. The successful candidate will function as a critical liaison and deputy advisor, bridging the prime Future Operationally Resilient Ground Evolution (FORGE) development contract, missile warning operations, and the government program office. A key focus will be ensuring the successful integration of FORGE capabilities into the OPIR enterprise, while identifying and championing critical requirements from the missile warning community back to the FORGE program office. This role is empowered to drive strategic alignment, oversee programmatic execution, and streamline development processes across the entire enterprise to accelerate the delivery of capabilities to the Mission Control Station (MCS) and MCS-Backup (MCSB).
