About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Systems Engineer with solid experience in MSPs, who is comfortable in a fast -paced environment, likes solving complex technical problems, and values a positive, supportive team culture. In this role, you will design, maintain, and support modern infrastructure for SMB clients in sectors such as finance, metal/manufacturing, and professional services. You’ll work closely with our helpdesk, security, and development teams in a setting where accountability, collaboration, and outstanding customer service are key.

Requirements

• Strong experience with RDS, Azure, Office 365, and FSLogix
• Advanced PowerShell scripting
• Solid networking knowledge (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs)
• Previous MSP or fast -paced service provider experience
• Excellent troubleshooting ability and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Managing and optimizing RDS (Remote Desktop Services) multi -tenant environments
• Administering Azure (VMs, Azure AD/Entra ID, networking)
• Supporting Office 365 / Microsoft 365 environments
• Creating and maintaining PowerShell scripts and automation workflows
• Managing and troubleshooting FSLogix
• Working with networking technologies including firewalls, switches, VPNs, VLANs, and SD -WA
• Handling escalations, migrations, system improvements, and project work
• Communicating directly with clients while managing multiple priorities
