If you’re an experienced Systems Engineer, we have an exciting opportunity for you to develop the Next Generation Electro-Mechanical Actuation Systems. The Senior Systems Engineer, reporting to the Engineering Leader, is responsible for leading product design efforts, mentoring engineers, and contributing to process improvements, strategic planning, and presentations. Operating with minimal supervision, the role involves independent work, oversight of project portfolios, and awareness of industry trends and customer needs. The engineer engages in high-level customer interactions, provides technical evaluations of new opportunities within the PLC process, and participates in enterprise negotiations.

Strategic Planning: Understanding of market dynamics and integration of best practices into system designs.
Autonomous Work Style: Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Mentorship and Guidance: Acts as a resource and mentor to less experienced colleagues.
Bachelor’s degree in sciences (BS) in relevant field AND 4+ years’ experience
Provides leadership of system and subsystem technical scope defined above and takes a lead role with engineers, designers and technicians
This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
