About The Position

Join our dynamic DNS, DHCP, IPAM (DDI) Operations Team as a Systems Engineer. This role offers a unique chance to drive automation and innovation in managing critical network infrastructure. Requirements

• Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline.
• 5 years of additional Systems Engineering experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• 20+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.
• Ability to obtain DOD8570-M, IAT Level 1 certification.
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and Load Balancing (F5/DTC).
• Familiarity with outages, latency issues, and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing DDI solutions.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including IPv4 and IPv6.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with scripting (Perl, Python) and automation tools is a plus.

Nice To Haves

• DNS experience with a strong understanding of Infoblox maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM).
• Experience applying system engineering methodologies and principles.
• Familiarity with developing modern business methods and identifying best practices.
• Experience executing as a key coordinator between multiple project teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure and scalable DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI) solutions using Infoblox DDI.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex DDI issues.
• Automate DDI workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams on all aspects of DDI, including IPv4 and IPv6.
• Stay updated on the latest Infoblox DDI features and best practices.
