The Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities team discipline is seeking a Deployment Engineer to support Patriot program. In this role, you will be supporting our systems deployed overseas. You'll be expected to collaborate across disciplines and partner to implement solutions.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics. (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience with the systems, software, operation, integration, and/or test.
  • Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain a Final Secret U.S. government issued security clearance after start.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
  • Experience leading technical teams
  • Experience developing staffing plans and identifying staffing assignments
  • Experience with MS Project scheduling/planning, proposals and bidding processes
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the effort to coordinate execution of activities for deployment team - this includes planning, coordination and execution of taskings for fielding of Patriot systems
  • Identify and obtain personnel and material resources required to complete team objectives
  • Coordinate across organizational disciplines and functions to identify issues, resolve roadblocks and ensure successful completion of team objectives
  • Interface with the customer, which includes scheduling and leading review meetings and technical discussions.
  • Prepare plans, procedures, and test cases
  • Ability to travel up to 15% internationally.
