Senior Systems Engineer - Calibrations & Analysis (Onsite)

Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. We are seeking an innovative and talented Systems Engineer to join our systems calibration team. The candidate must have the ability to be a technically minded problem-solver, be able to focus on the task at hand. Location: Aurora, Colorado What You Will Do Coordinate cross-team technical activities, ensuring clear communication, shared priorities, and effective execution. Perform system calibrations using signals analysis techniques to assess performance, identify anomalies, and ensure accuracy against requirements. Analyze complex signal data to support calibration activities, troubleshooting, and system optimization. Apply signal processing methods to interpret calibration results and validate system behavior. Lead efforts for future requirements, document procedures, and lead communication with leadership and various chief engineers.
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.
- Experience developing and maintaining software applications using modern and legacy scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl, Shell scripting, SQL or similar.)
- Experience in signals analysis, including processing, interpreting, and analyzing complex data sets (e.g., RF, sensor, waveform, or time-series data.)
- Experience with standard configuration management tools (git, GitLab, etc.)
- Experience integrating algorithms into operational or production software environments.
- Experience using analysis tools and environments such as MATLAB, Python (NumPy/SciPy/Pandas), or equivalent.
- An active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.

- Experience with C/C++, Java or similar.
- Experience with front end web development (html, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
