As a Senior Systems Engineer , you will be at the heart of this transformation—leading systems engineering efforts that ensure seamless integration of sensors and compute platforms. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in systems engineering, embedded systems, or sensor integration.
  • Bachelors Degree in relevant field or relevant work experience.
  • Strong understanding of system engineering processes, V-Model, and safety-critical design principles.
  • Experience in one or more of our key technology areas: sensor platforms, operating systems, or middleware
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, embedded systems, or sensor integration.
  • Familiarity with ISO 26262 and functional safety standards.
  • Ability to read/understand source code (C/C++) and system models.
  • Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
  • Experience in product release and specification processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of systems engineering for sensors and embedded platforms, from requirements to integration.
  • Own subsystem-level strategy and influence platform-wide decisions.
  • Develop and maintain technical specifications, requirements, and interface definitions.
  • Drive architectural reviews and enforce best practices for embedded development.
  • Collaborate across hardware, software, and test teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team capability building.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
