Moss’s Senior Systems Architect – Clarity PPM will support enhancements of a highly visible and strategically significant Project and Portfolio Management application. This person must have Clarity PPM technical and functional experience. The Senior Systems Architect – Clarity PPM will help us fully leverage the platform across project intake, resource management, automation, workflows, reporting, and financial tracking, and integrate it with our ecosystem (Azure, Office365, Workday, etc.).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent experience in a related field is required.
  • 7+ years' experience in system management at a technical level, leading upgrades, and system troubleshooting.
  • 7+ years' experience in Architecting and Implementing Business Intelligence/Data Platforms.
  • 7+ years' experience managing Cloud Hosted Systems.
  • 7+ years' experience with Data Integration.
  • 5+ years' experience with Project Management Platforms.
  • 16+ years of experience with Clarity PPM.
  • In-depth experience with developing and optimizing SQL queries, as well as Clarity PPM Entity Relationship Diagram.
  • Experience with the design and development of Clarity PPM portlets.
  • Development of processes in Clarity PPM using built-in modules
  • Knowledge of Clarity PPM Web Services for integration with other applications.
  • Hands-on expertise with all aspects of implementations, requirements gathering & analysis, design, configuration, and testing.
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and creative.

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and technical support and configuration for the Clarity PPM platform.
  • Handle technical and functional requests by meeting an established ETA.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, collaborating with end users, IT teams, and the platform support team to ensure minimal disruption.
  • Collaborate with PMO to deeply understand functional and non-functional requirements, translating them into detailed solution designs that meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with Business units to triage and prioritize enhancements to the Clarity platform to suit their existing workflows and needs.
  • Work with PMO and business stakeholders to solve and implement integrations with critical systems within the 3rd-party ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with PMO and Business stakeholders to automate existing workflows.
  • Be a liaison with the 3rd-party support team to perform system upgrades and test in the non-production environment.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, working closely with PMO, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure a successful solution aligned with business objectives and best practices.
  • Document functional designs, configurations, and business process flows.
  • Collaborate with data and platform teams to ensure secure, accurate, and efficient data exchange between systems.
  • Collaborate with Business Stakeholders to Develop and Implement custom reporting.
  • Administer, maintain, and monitor User Access and roles.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues promptly.
  • Contribute to the implementation of new projects, upgrades, and system optimization initiatives.
  • Document functional designs, configurations, and business process flows.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across modules and connected systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
