About our group: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Storage Systems Engineer to support our T1 customers. This role involves working directly with customers to understand their requirements, troubleshoot issues, and then work with development to deliver to those needs. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in storage technologies and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. We are currently recruiting for two positions. About the role - you will: Collaborate with customers to define their product requirements and goals and champion those back into the organization. Work with presales on integration and implementation process for a customer and ensure the development plan is in sync. Lead process between customer and development to define goals of product releases Champion any integration or field issues brought up by customers development team Communicate the issue and state between customer and development Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. Stay current with emerging storage technologies and industry trends. About you: Be passionate about the customer and committed to deliver the best experience with Seagate Technology LLC Lead from technical depth to understand the customers’ requirements / issues / problems and champion those into the organization Happy to multitask but balance when focus is required Think smarter and not harder to meet the customer needs
