Takes ownership of and resolves security system issues (for example, configuration and management of security systems, spam filtering, access management) by leading root cause analysis. identifies trends and leading corrective action to address performance problems. creates reports and actionable metrics for security products. supports multiple large-scale, cross-functional issues . resolves support problems in a timely manner . provides updates to customers, project leads, and management team on problem resolution status. and drives supplier participation during problem resolution.
