About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Systems and Infrastructure Engineer, Information Security with deep expertise in Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) to join our Cryptography team. In this role, you will serve as a technical leader driving the design, adoption, and evolution of quantum-resistant cryptographic solutions across enterprise systems. You will play a critical role in shaping long-term security strategy, influencing architecture decisions, and ensuring resilience against emerging cryptographic threats. What you'll do... Lead the design and architecture of secure systems and applications, providing expert guidance on integrating Post-Quantum Cryptography into enterprise environments. Define and drive cryptographic strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with evolving PQC standards (e.g., NIST PQC) and organizational security objectives. Evaluate and guide adoption of cryptographic technologies, including key exchange mechanisms, digital signatures, and message authentication schemes in a post-quantum context. Partner with hardware and cryptographic vendors to influence product direction, evaluate capabilities, and ensure alignment with long-term security requirements. Assess emerging threats and advancements in quantum computing and cryptography, translating research into actionable engineering practices and risk mitigation strategies. Design, implement, and oversee enterprise-scale cryptographic solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Drive modernization of security protocols (e.g., TLS, SSH, IPsec) to support hybrid and quantum-resistant cryptographic approaches. Mentor and guide engineers, establishing best practices for secure development, cryptographic implementation, and infrastructure security. Lead cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to embed cryptographic controls into platforms and services. Communicate complex cryptographic concepts and risks to senior leadership, architects, and non-technical stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
