About The Position
We're seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and efficiency. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and effective communication. Technical Responsibilities: The Senior Systems Analyst will manage and maintain server infrastructure. Ensure network security, firewall configuration, and access controls. Implement and manage virtualization platforms. Configure and manage backup and disaster recovery systems. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Collaborate on IT projects, such as upgrades and migrations. Security and Compliance: Will implement and enforce security policies and procedures. Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing. Ensure compliance with industry regulations (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.). Manage access controls, authentication, and authorization. Collaboration and Support: Provide technical support to end-users. Collaborate with development teams on infrastructure requirements. Develop and maintain technical documentation. Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support. Strategic Planning: Contribute to IT strategic planning and budgeting. Research and recommend new technologies and solutions. Implement cost-effective solutions to improve efficiency.
