Capstone Research Corporation is seeking a Systems Analyst to provide Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC) Science & Technology (S&T) portfolio and program support. The selected candidate will analyze and evaluate major system project requirements and provide comprehensive programmatic and technical support.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.
DoD Program Office or Science & Technology (S&T) experience strongly desired.
Technical experience in Army Fires, Air & Missile Defense (AMD), or related laboratory environments preferred.
Demonstrated ability to interface with external stakeholders and AvMC team members to help shape portfolio direction and build consensus on initiatives.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must currently possess and be able to maintain an active security clearance.

Nice To Haves

DoD Program Office or Science & Technology (S&T) experience strongly desired.

Responsibilities

Provide programmatic support, including development of white papers, action item responses, and other quick-reaction deliverables.
Conduct capability gap analyses, technology needs assessments, and requirements evaluations.
Perform comparative analyses of candidate systems, components, and approaches to assess technical feasibility, compatibility, and cost effectiveness.
Support project execution activities including planning, tracking, reporting, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development, and risk management.
Develop informational and decision briefs for senior leaders.
Coordinate with team members to generate project documentation, including strategies, plans, and reports.
Provide Integrated Product Team (IPT) and stakeholder coordination support.
Assist with Technology Transition Planning for Program of Record (PoR) insertion.
