About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Senior Systems Analyst to manage and optimize key business applications across NantHealth including JIRA, Salesforce, and NetSuite. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions to ensure seamless system performance. As the subject matter expert, you will also provide training for end users, develop documentation, and offer guidance to maximize adoption and efficiency across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience required with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Responsible for making process improvements

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain configurations, workflows, permissions, and integrations for JIRA, Salesforce, NetSuite, and other similar applications
• Collects stakeholder requirements and designs/implements solutions that can be solved through declarative means or coordinates with developers on more complex solutions
• Train and provide guidance on the use of systems within the team and to end users across the company
• Lead or support application-related projects, including new implementations, migrations, and integrations
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and user experience
• Document system configurations, workflows, and procedures
• Serve as a subject matter expert for supported platforms
