Lead Workflow Analyst – Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations Technology Group We're looking for analysts who are hardworking, inquisitive, and responsible individuals to help deliver the best digital unified web experience to our customers. The ideal candidate is deeply entrenched in business process management with a passion for using tools and frameworks to guide the development and delivery of stable, robust, and resilient apps that best serve our customer base. We focus on crafting rich and compelling experiences using the best application design guidelines by way of robust tooling to provide business process management via workflow technology for all our operations service lines. Requirements

5+ years of total engineering or systems analysis experience leading process redesign
Moderate to advanced knowledge of tools and techniques for presenting and analyzing data including SQL, Access, Excel, relational databases, XML, JSON, XSD, Postman/Insomnia and SQL developer
Ability to understand the technology and software architecture of an application and lead enterprise scale project delivery with a keen eye for dependency management
Self-starter, team-focused, independent, collaborative, and can work with minimum supervision
Demonstrable expertise in system analysis methodologies and techniques, including data analysis, use case development, story writing, testing, and product documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills; Communicates clearly, concisely, and impactfully to influence others
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and adapting to organizational changes
Approaches work with an open mind and sense of creativity by challenging current practices and recommending improvements
Ability to navigate through ambiguous circumstances and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability
Growth mentality with a passion for continuous learning and development
A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems
