The Customer Protection Experience Single Sign On (SSO) team is looking for a motivated Senior Systems Analyst who will play a key role in providing a secure Single Sign On (SSO) experience for Fidelity's clients and vendors. As an analyst on our team, you will work with both internal and external partners to gather requirements, implement SSO connections, and solve complex problems. You will provide product analysis for a dynamic development team using Agile methodologies. The Team The Customer Protection Experience team is part of the Workplace Customer Protection Center of Excellence (CoE) and supports protecting thousands of employers and millions of participants. The team develops Single Sign On, B2B Security and Authorization infrastructure software components that are the backbone for many of Fidelity’s web business applications including NetBenefits, PlanSponsor WebStation, and FocusPoint.
