The Role: The Senior Systems Analyst in Total Rewards is a strategic and technical leader responsible for managing and optimizing systems that support compensation, benefits, mobility, and recognition programs. This role ensures seamless integration across platforms like Workday, ServiceNow, and vendor portals, while driving governance, analytics, and user experience improvements. The Senior Systems Analyst will own the overall design of assigned technical projects (custom or product strategy) and recommend best practices for solutions based on client business needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to take projects from initial ideation through to successful completion, ensuring that innovative solutions are effectively implemented and integrated into existing processes. They should be comfortable managing the full project lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders, and adapting to evolving business needs.
