The Senior Systems Analyst-Mulesoft will diagnose and resolve complex issues impacting platform stability. This role acts as a point of contact for critical incidents, ensuring rapid recovery and root-cause analysis. The analyst will partner with Application Architects and Infrastructure Engineers to design and deploy foundational platform components, review and resolve integration challenges during implementation, and provide guidance for contentious or escalated issues.

  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues impacting platform stability.
  • Act as a point of contact for critical incidents, ensuring rapid recovery and root-cause analysis.
  • Partner with Application Architects and Infrastructure Engineers to design and deploy foundational platform components.
  • Review and resolve integration challenges during implementation.
  • Provide guidance for contentious or escalated issues.
  • Bachelor Degree and 4 years Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 years Information Technology experience OR 8 years Information Technology experience.
  • Knowledge of application configuration and platform integration.
  • Knowledge of Big Data Analytics - HADOOP/ Autonomy / Vertica.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS/IaaS/PaaS architectures.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS/IaaS/PaaS architectures.
  • Knowledge of modern integration patterns (APIs, messaging, event-driven).
  • Hands-on experience with automation and scripting (Bash, Python, Ruby, or similar).
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), and GitOps practices.
  • Knowledge of web and API technologies (REST, SOAP, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Ability to manage system performance, monitoring, and observability (Dynatrace, ELK).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and conceptual design skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with platform observability tools (Dynatrace, Open Telemetry).
  • Familiarity with service mesh technologies and API gateways (Istio, Kong, MuleSoft).
  • Proven ability to execute in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Experience in disaster recovery planning and execution.
  • Knowledge of performance tuning, capacity planning, and resiliency engineering.
  • Strong experience with data management practices in distributed systems.
